By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the game mkZero (the “Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.
mkZero is a digital game provided by GameJab OU for entertainment purposes only. The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.”
The Game itself does not collect, store, or process personal data directly.

GameJab OU does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GameJab OU shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, device damage, or other losses arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Game.
You use the Game entirely at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GameJab OU from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Game or your violation of these Terms.
GameJab OU reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to GameJab OU, without regard to conflict of law principles.
